May flowers, summer sunflowers, February flowers...Here we planted early varieties and others flourishing later, so that the garden is always nice...and for the happiness of pollen gathering insects!

A rich ecosystem to optimize biodiversity

Many species of insects and birds are present in the gardens. Former stone quarries located under the property are now a refuge for wildlife, especially some protected bats. Various natural areas like a pond, caves, meadows, woods, and an orchard, balances and protects the environment.

Inspired by the natural ecology of this place, we crop fruits and vegetables in symbiosis with the ecosystem - which means a minimum of human action - and we grow durable products in accordance with the environment.
